Macaroni Skotel

Ingredients:
225gr macaroni
1 can cornet beef
350gr UHT Milk
250gr cheddar cheese, shredded
5pc egg
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 onion, sliced
salt, pepper to taste
nutmeg to taste (optional)

Method:
- Bring to boil Macaroni for 10mins & add on a spoon of cooking oil. Drain it!
- Heat oil in saucepan, add sliced garlic & onion. Stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add cornet beef, half of shredded cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
- Add UHT milk, macaroni. Dish out into a bowl.
- Add beaten egg & mix-well.
- grease a square casserole with cooking oil lightly & pour half portion of cooked macaroni & sprinkle with the  shredded cheese. put in the remaining portion of cooked macaroni and sprinkle with shredded cheese as topping.
- Bake in a preheat oven at 180deg C for 30-35mins.

#01 Mickey Bento


This was my first bento-making. I named it Mickey Bento. I used Mickey Cutter to form the rice, carrot and macaroni skotel which was baked myself. Besides, there were crab stick wrapped with cabbage, kimchii, sweet corn and bite-size pudding. Wish to learn more so that I can be able to make pretty bento.
