Mini Hello Kitty Pudding

Bought this cute mold a year ago. I like it so much, it’s hello kitty, one of my favorite character.

This mold is silicone made and able to be used in the microwave oven too. Horrayyyy…It means that I can apply it to baking or steaming mini cakes.

My first experiment with the mold is to make chocolate & milk pudding. Hope to post more creations using this adorable mold. Well, this is my brief explanation about the pudding,  the white color one is made from fresh milk & added fruit cocktail while the dark brown pudding I used UHT Ducth Lady with chocolate flavour. I'm quite satisfied with the result, the mold can form the Hello Kitty face nicely.

#02 Hello Kitty Bento

This is my 2nd Bento achievement. It looks nothing special on it, yeaa... just like an ordinary bento.
Hope that one day my bento-making skills can be improved thus I can work with more charaben bentos.

I have spent so much time on cutting the nori but the result was far from perfect! I used hand cutting, yeaaa...manually shaped the moustaches of kitty & also rectangle/diamond shaped.

Fruity Pudding

Have made this fruity pudding/agar-agar some times ago. It's simple to make as I just used agar-agar powder & canned fruit cocktail. This pudding is suitable to consume during hot weather as it's so refreshing.
