I made Bah Kut The using Eu Yan
Sang’s herb packet. It’s very easy yet delicious. The direction is also given
at the back of the package. I added fried bean curd (tau kee) and cut shili
padi & soy sauce as the companion. Alternatively, it can be served with you
tiao/ yau ja gwai (油条)or Chinese cruller and boiled lettuce as
well.
