Curry flower crabs & baked
butter crabs are posted today. It’s very easy cooking as I just used ready-mix
curry powder adding with a pinch of salt and curry leaves for its aromatic.
Coconut milk was omitted so as to avoid creamy gravy. While I decided to bake
the 2nd batch of crab spreading with salted butter before I put
inside the oven. However, I prefer normal crab as flower crab has a thin layer
flesh and taste is not as tasty as normal crab.
