My latest cooking experiment is a
bibimbap, a Korean Cuisine. The recipe is adapted from Maangchi website. If you
like Korean cuisine then you must check her blog promptly as you can find variety
of Korean cuisine which is very yummy and delicious for sure. I made a petit
size bibimbap so I named it Mini Bibimbap as the actual bibimbap serving will
be much bigger than mine & it’s normally served in hot-stone bowl. Since, I
do not have it then I use ceramic bowl instead
